I had an omelette with some spinach/rocket and tomatoes and peas and corn and it was really good (and absolutely HUUUGE) but now I’m hungry again and desperately trying to think of something to eat that won’t derail me…it feels like everything in my kitchen is just empty carbs and empty calories.

Day One: 5/6/11
it’s only around 6pm, but I’ve stuck to my plan pretty well so far, so I’m pleased. Coffee (2): 30 10 cherry tomatoes: 25 Omelette: 300 or so mashed potato: around 80? avocado: 80 crumpet: 150 so I’m at 665 for the moment, dunno what’s happening with dinner.
