Day One: 5/6/11

it’s only around 6pm, but I’ve stuck to my plan pretty well so far, so I’m pleased.

Coffee (2): 30

10 cherry tomatoes: 25

Omelette: 300 or so

mashed potato: around 80?

avocado: 80

crumpet: 150

so I’m at 665 for the moment, dunno what’s happening with dinner. Also I’ve done two sets of those exercises since this morning, first time I’ve used my abs in a LONG TIME, that little ache feels nice.

and to top it off, I’ve only had two cigarettes so far, and I got a much better mark than I was expecting for one of my uni subjects. obviously i shouldn’t have had that crumpet, and avocado is a bit of a weakness of mine, but I’m still feeling positive.

get my books and my laptop and walkt to the library

stay there till mid-afternoon when my family will have left for the evening

come home and keep studying

hopefully avoid dinner

do my exercises before bed

stay under 1000 cals (500 if possible)

reward: a new manicure on monday
